The Ballad of the Two Charlies (2010)

The Two Charlie’s is a research and communications project was originally done in 2006 with young people engaged in crime in the city of Salford. It started life as a book designed to be given out in police cells, but was re-worked as a film in 2010. The film is about the difference between powder and rock cocaine and the relevant risks to this target group of young people involved in crime, to the two versions of this drug.

The Two Charlie’s carries a warning, as it is liable to offend some people. The film features the voice of Neil Bell.
