'Legals’ is a short animated film about the use of synthetic cannabinoids. The film features the unscripted voices of two young people who were recruited during the research and needs assessment on Novel Psychoactive Substances that Linnell Communications conducted in the area. The main background image is a well known spot in the town centre where young people would gather to smoke ‘legals’.
'Legals’ was commissioned by Blackburn with Darwen Public Health. Marta Niemczynska animated the film.
